"A Fat Girl Dancing: Talk Dirty to Me (Jason Derulo)"
You all need to watch this video that’s been making rounds on YouTube and Facebook.
Here you have Whitney— she’s talented, she’s confident, she’s gorgeous, she’s killin these moves, and yes, she’s fat.
I love that she calls her videos “A Fat Girl Dancing” because a lot of times people have a hard time associating fat with anything positive. Instead the word is attached to a myriad of negative adjectives and an endless list of “nots”: “Fat people are lazy,” “Fat girls can’t wear that,” “Fat people shouldn’t go to clubs,” etc. Even when getting compliments, fat and “good” don’t go together: “You can move for a fat girl”, “You’re not fat, you’re cute”, and (flashback to yesterday’s post) “You’re so pretty for a big girl.” But yes, you CAN be fat AND beautiful, fat AND outgoing, fat AND a traveler, and fat AND a dancer!
I’m positive we’ll be seeing a lot more from this great young woman.
AND IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!!!
actual representation of my feelings, I’m still fangirling about everything.
The audience was amazing, it was so much fun to observe the circle mosh pits :D I was standing on the balcony (most of the people there were just standin around, filming, while my girlfriend and I were going batshit crazy, jumping, screaming, singing, etc.) and could see very well.
We drove by car and on the Autobahn we saw a pink Volkswagen passing us, and I was saying to my girlfriend “Bet they’re also going to the concert?” - Guess who was standing right in front of us, when we reached the line? The driver and her friends. :D
We instant became friends with Vani, Laura and Kai. It was a pleasure spending the waiting time with you :D Never have been 3 hours so short in my entire life. I laughed so much, and it was great seeing you after the concert aswell.
I also met my cousin, which I haven’t seen since last year and under not so happy circumstances, but we only hade like 5 minutes, since they arrived very late. D: and we couldn’t find each other after the concert once again. She lives 300 km away from me. Maybe next time >_<
So, we were lucky because we came really early, we were soon in the hall and could go to merchandise and the washrooms and finally into the hall. At 8 o clock The Pretty Reckless started playing, which was fun, but not so much my type of music. The front singer lady remembered me a bit of Courtney love. :) She had an amazing voice.
After a tiny bit of remodeling the stage for FOB, it soon began and the hall erupted in cheers. It was amazing. I got chills and tears came to my eyes. I love this moment in concerts so much. The Audience was so active that after the first or second song FOB already asked them to take a step back, because they people in the first row couldn’t breath. around 20 people had to be pulled out of the pit, because they broke down.
after that everyone took a bit more care and the audience was stepping back after every moshpit :D
FOB delievered a very great show. I had so much fun, the sining was amazing, the audience sounded great, and I had the feeling that FOB were really enjoying there time in Cologne.
The concert was a great mix from older songs and songs from the latest album ‘Save Rock and Roll’.
During Beat It I sang from the top of my lungs (okay, I always sang from the top of my lungs and I’m pretty hoarse atm.), and we had a circle mosh pit in the middle. I think Andy asked them to do that again, a few more times. And it got even bigger.
First off they had a ‘normal’ block with their normal guitars, second came a block in an acoustic way, then Drum Solo and on went the ‘normal’ block.
It was just one of the best concerts I have ever been to. I’m really happy and lucky that I managed to get tickets. (Thanks to the pair which sold us their tickets for a very, very fair prise. You couldn’t blink and the tickets were gone D:) and could go to see the concert.
Thank you guys for an amazing evening
Thnks fr th Mmrs.

#OKAY BUT CAN WE TALK ABOUT THIS FOR A SECOND #dylan obrien in both these scenes is basically delivering the same line #but look at him the first time #he is all head movement and nodding #hes blinking a lot more #theres a ton of movement in his eyebrows #this is very obviously all stiles#all sarcasm and wit #but then on the right look at his movements #they are small movements#not jerky #the kid who fidgets and falls isnt there anymore #his face is relaxed and his eyes look dark #he blinks only once and his head barely nods #he is delivering the lines as two different versions of stiles so fucking well #if you think dylan obrien isnt a good actor i need you to not only think again #but rethink all of your life choices as well (x)
Man I feel really bad for the Tumblr Staff because I bet they aimed for Tumblr to be a cool, suavé, photographic place for artists but in reality it’s made up of hormonal teenagers who obsess over gay fictional characters, and can’t even handle the reblog button turning green to teal
IT IS MINT GREEN
I’VE REBLOGGED THIS TWICE BEFORE REALISING THAT THE STAFF SAID THAT!
